Procedure
The following steps belong to our procedures in purchasing products from ECARD sal. ECARD guarantee the professionalism in this procedure:
Step 1:
Contact ECARD to state information of the project and what product line is adequate.
Step 2:
ECARD would then send their technical and sales representative on site to collect information for an adequate solution.
Step 3:
ECARD will present to the client a project that advises their best solution.
Step 4:
The client shall examine the project, and when ready, ECARD will supply a written and certified purchase order from the company. This purchase order will contain the price of the project delivery of the project, terms of payment, and all legal documents and signature of the company.
Step 5:
Once the first payment is made, the project initiates. ECARD sal only agrees on all documentations stated on the purchase order.
